Being the biggest network of inland and coastal marinas in the country, we offer residential and leisure moorings in our 29 unique locations on the water - as well as boat sales, floating homes and all the bits in between.

What's the role
It's the kind of role where you'll dive right in (excuse the pun) to every aspect of waterside life. If you’re passionate about operational excellence, know how to deliver commercial success and can inspire your team to provide customer service that’s second to none, you'll be in the right place.
Exceptional Customer Service:
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service throughout the marina.
- Ensure that every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, using various communication channels.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all aspects of marina operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions.
Brand Vision and Values:
- Uphold and promote the brand vision and values within the marina.
- Ensure that all operations align with the brand's standards and expectations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the marina's reputation and market presence.
Financial Management:
- Manage the marina's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Optimize revenue generation through effective pricing strategies and service offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers and contractors.
What we’ll need from you:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the marine or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends and provide out-of-hours emergency phone cover.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems.
What would help:
- Knowledge of marina operations, safety regulations, and boating practices.
About you:
- Self-driven
- Genuine, warm personality with a flair for great customer service and hospitality.
- Hands-on approach to leadership and ownership mentality.
- Team leadership experience possibly as a Centre Manager, General Manager, Club Manager, Community Manager, Property Manager, or even Operations Manager ready to step up.
- Strong operator with experience managing in a multi-faceted leisure, serviced property, retail or hospitality business.
- Business acumen: able to read and act on a P&L and manage budgets.
- Have an interest in boats or the waterside.

- A salary of up £28,000 for a 37.5 hour week
