Nearly fully modernised throughout, The Dove has been very well looked after by the current owners. She's a 4 berth, 60ft x 6’10” Jonathan Wilson boat, built in 1992. But don’t be put off by her age, The Dove has had a lot of love from the current owners and all receipts and paperwork to prove. She’s powered with a Mitsubishi K4 engine that has been recently serviced by the owners in Dec 2024.

Let’s start externally, she was professionally painted in Aug 2024 in that unique and one off green, there isn’t another boat with that same green! At the same time, she also had brand new Wesley Marine hoppa style windows throughout, brand new mushrooms, ladder holder, step ups, cleats, ropes, navigation lights, chimney sleeve and hat, life ring and the portholes polished and lacquered.

The Dove is a Traditional stern and layout. Starting from the engine room, she has a Pure Sine Wave LW2000-120C inverter which was installed on 3^rd May 2021. There are 3# domestic Dual Exide batteries installed in July 2021 and one starter battery, and a calorifier. She also has shore power and 2 x 255W Canadian solar panels with a Tracer40a MPPT Controller which will charge the batteries.

The bedroom has a fixed permanent double bed, and digital electric 700W panel heater. leading to the full width bathroom and dressing room. The bathroom comes with a fully tiled corner shower, Sealand Traveller Pump out toilet and a freestanding Thetford Cassette, on counter basin with a handy washing appliance underneath. (Beko 6kg 1200RPM). The space currently used as a dressing area can be easily made to 2 singles if needed the extra space, but currently used for clothes and general storage with free standing IKEA kallax box units.

Into the galley kitchen, a side hatch to let in more light (with external cover). Ample cupboard space, stainless steel single bowl and drainer sink, Beko LPG gas cooker and 4 ring hob supplied by two 13kg cylinders located in the gas locker at the front of the bow, x1 LEC 12v &  x1 LEC 230V under counter fridges.

The Saloon has a double sofa bed, Cello 19in 12/230v TV fixed to TV wall bracket, Flavia stove and flue, professionally installed August 2020 with tiled hearth and a digital 1000W electrical panel heater. Steps lead up to the bow which is fitted with a cratch cover.

She has a huge 1200 gal stainless steel water tank, benefits from polystyrene insulation, has 2 previous owners from new. New water pump and accumulator installed in October 2023. There is an external cover for the stern.

There are radiators already installed to bedroom, bathroom and dressing room. Pipework runs from the engine room to near the stove in the living area with a pump already installed and switch. Diesel heating could be installed with a header tank in the engine room if required. A survey and quote would need to be re-done.

A beautiful boat that has been very well loved, The Dove is the perfect liveaboard, as she is now, or as a leisure boat that you don’t need to do anything too. Viewing is highly recommended to get the full benefit of the work done on this boat.
