Meet the beautiful Tawny, a perfect leisure boat.

Shes a 52ft, 6’10”, 2 + 2 berth narrowboat, built by John White an fitted out by the original buyer in 1998. Powered by a Lombardini Focs 4 cylinder engine, Tawny has a traditional stern with a  traditional layout, benefitting from polystyrene insulation.

From the Stern, step down to the engine bay, with new deck boards and covers to create more storage. Into the bedroom, a double permanent bed, with storage and privacy curtain.

To the middle of the boat is the bathroom, with shower over the bath, basin and toilet (pump out).

Into the kitchen is a newly fitted (Dec 24) 2 ring gas hob, (Certificate of gas safe & install will be provided) combination microwave and 230v under counter fridge.  The living area has a double sofa bed, solid fuel Morso Squirrel Stove and access to the bow with cratch cover. The boat also comes with a pram cover, but is stored away at the moment.

Tawny has instant hot water, one solar panel, a side hatch to the kitchen area, and stainless steel water tank. There is a hull survey from when current owners purchased, Provided at owners discretion, and recently painted internally.
