She's a 62ft x 6’10” 6 berth, semi trad, narrow boat, built  and fitted out by Kingsground Narrowboats in 2003. She's fitted with a Beta Marine 43 engine.

From the semi trad stern,  step down to the  bedroom with a fixed double bed, with wardrobe storage and a door into the bathroom.

In  the bathroom with shower cubicle, basin with storage and pump out toilet.

The  galley consists of a cooker, 4 ring hob,  undercounter fridge, with bowl and half sink. The dining area a dinette that converts into a double bed. 

In the saloon  lounge there is a sofa bed and 2 captains chairs, with TV and multi fuel stove.

The boat also comes with landline, charger and inverter. Water heating is by a calorifier, heated by engine and immersion. 

Recent works and improvements, include:

·       A brand new Morso Squirrel stove and hearth surround in 2024.

·       All of the cabin windows have been removed and re-sealed. The visible water staining is historical. We have just not had the time to stain and re-varnish it.

·       A brand new electric flush toilet was fitted in 2022, along with new taps in the galley, bathroom and shower.

·       The engine was fully serviced in 2024, including the gearbox and the Eberspacher heater.

·       The gas locker and side hatch have both had new hinges fitted, they just need a touch of paint.

·       The whole boat was professionally repainted at Streethay in 2008. The sides are good, but the roof, as you can see, still needs some attention. The tunnel bands were re-painted when she was lifted and blacked in 2024.

·       Three new leisure batteries were fitted in October 2024.

·       Just before she went on brokerage, we noticed a leak from the freshwater pump and so this was immediately replaced in Jan 2025.

Invoices for all the above are present on the boat.
