Rosemary  is a 2 berth, 54ft by 6’10 cruiser stern narrowboat, built by Hancock & Lane in 1978. She has been semi refurbished however she is a project waiting to be finished.

She is a reverse layout, she is powered by Lister 3 pot engine.

When entering from the stern, there is a spacious saloon with a multi fuelled stove, which will need to be fitted with a chimney.

Moving forward into the kitchen there is a new Thetford Hob, grill and oven and plenty of storage and work space with an under counter fridge. Move forward into the bathroom, there is a cubical shower, hand sink and cassette toilet.

Finally, you enter the bedroom which has a fixed double bed and a wardrobe.

Rosemary benefits from a Sterling Marine 1.6kw Inverter, a new pram and cratch cover.
