Piece of Cake - £110,000

Piece of Cake was delivered as a lined shell in 2022. Owing to a change in circumstance, the owner is not able to  complete the build. Some incredibly high quality  materials have been purchased and are included in the sale. all wiring was installed by Collingwood as a part of the build as, including for an Island countertop. Pipework for underfloor heating has also be laid below the stunning tiling that occupies the kitchen area. 

High quality external paint was used comprising of  2 coats of primer, 2 coats of undercoat and 3 coats of gloss.  

The boat was ordered with many optional extras including: 

• Euro cruiser stern with wheeled steering 
• Bow thruster 
• Dog box
• Gold Pack
• Off-white ceiling 
• Solar cables
• Windows in bow 
• Double glazing  

This boat provides an amazing opportunity to  finish the build,  with some of the more time consuming projects already completed. 

Aside from remaining personal effects and tools, everything else on the boat is included in the sale. this includes all of the, not yet installed, fixtures and fittings.
