Isla of Exe is a Nimbus 310 Coupe built in GRP in 1998 by Nimbus Boats AB in Sweden and lying on her transferable mooring at Limehouse marina.

Fitted with bow and stern thrusters, plus twin transom mounted trim tabs, she is powered by an inboard, Yanmar turbo diesel 230hp engine giving a maximum speed of 22 knots.

Her spacious rear deck area leads to the open plan saloon, galley and helm station. The galley features two burner hob, fridge and sink whilst the saloon has a spacious sofa and fold out table. Moving below, the first cabin is to the left of the companionway, opposite which is the heads with pull out shower head and basin. The master cabin is in the bow has a large V berth with infill cushions making a large double bed.
