Myosotis is a 60ft long x 13ft wide Dutch Barge built by Paul Barber in 2003. She is fitted with a Gardner 6LW inboard diesel engine and has 7 berths.

Myosotis is a superb Dutch Barge built by Paul Barber, who has a very good reputation on the inland waterways.  Her current owners have enjoyed numerous cruising adventures during which she has proved to be a very capable craft.  Myosotis’ beating heart is the impressive Gardner 6LW inboard diesel engine.  She is further equipped with a hydraulic bow thruster, solar panels, easy retracting wheelhouse roof, large galley in the aft cabin and a second bedroom with drop down bunks.

Myosotis is a comfortable, warm, homely boat, that is a pleasure to be aboard.  Her aft cabin is fitted out as a generous size galley, which enjoys a washing machine, full size fridge freezer, generous worktop space and beautiful Stanley kerosene fired range cooker.  The wheelhouse has the main dining table is an ideal place for watching the world go by at the end of a long day’s cruising.  Her current owners have replaced the wheelhouse roof with canopy that is convenient and easy to lower when going under bridges.   

Moving forward into the forward section of the boat, the main cabin benefits from wooden flooring, television cabinet and the boats solid fuel stove.  Following on from the main cabin is the second bedroom, which enjoys storage cabinets and drop-down bunks.  The shower room is well appointed with tiled floor,  good size shower cubicle, electric flush cassette toilet, and porcelain wash basin.  There was a pump out toilet onboard, that has been decommissioned, but the plumbing has been left in place if future owners want to reinstate the pump-out system.  The main owners bedroom is in the forward section and features an ensuite toilet that is currently being used for storage.
