Meet Mallymock,  

A beautiful 60ft x 12’6” wide beam, built by Tyler Wilson and fitted out by The Navigation Boat Company in 2014. Shes powered with a Barrus Shire, 90hp engine and also has the added benefit of bow thrusters for ease.  

From the stern, shes fitted with a full but detachable rear cover, with seating area and table. Outdoor cushions included, perfect for summer evenings to eat outside or as a separate dining space if desired. Access to the engine is below the deck boats with ample space to maintain.  

Enter the boat down the steps to the reverse layout. The kitchen is a beautiful layout in a U shape, with plenty of worktop space. Fitted with a candy single over and grill, a 2 ring gas Neff hob, a stainless steel under-worktop single bowl sink, space for a tall fridge, and an integrated 230V undercounter fridge, along with ample cupboard space and shelving and tiled splashback around sink and prep area. This kitchen is open plan to the saloon space, with a large two seater sofa, coffee table and TV and a wood pellet burner integrated into the wall. A large sky light to the saloon space lets in floods of light.   

The second cabin is multifunctional, as bedroom with a double make up bed, or snug/office space should you need it. It has wardrobe space, and access to the back of the wood pellet burner for maintenance from this room.  

The spacious bathroom follows. With a pump out toilet, a great size shower over bath with shower curtain. Wash basin on top of vanity unit and ample storage space. Washing appliance also tucks away neatly into the wall, with decorative mosaic and rope finishing around the ceiling and floor.  

The main cabin is to the front of the boat. A large permanent double with plenty of room all the way round, with double and single wardrobe, drawers, and a dressing area. Theres portholes to this space and a small Houdini sky light, and a window above the bed that does open if desired.  

Heating with radiators throughout, and the burner in the saloon, Mallymock is a cosy boat to liveaboard. Mallymock comes with a Sterling Power 2000KW inverter, Sterling Power charger, and shore power. Spot lights throughout the boat create a modern but cosy feel, with mostly chrome sockets throughout as well, some with USB points. She also comes with a large pram cover over the stern. Water heated via engine, immersion heater and diesel boiler. Stainless steel water tank. Batteries, 5 domestic and 1 starter. Last blacked Jan 2025. Last engine service 2024 by current owner.
