Historic middle northwich cargo butty Built 1936, partially refurbished. 72 foot length 7 food width One of only 8 ever built (no engine). This is a beautiful project boat, it does need some little bits of work done to make it homely but is perfectly habitable currently. The only reason I am letting it go is because I am physically unable to work on it anymore.

During ownership the current owner has had the following work done... Stripped back to riveted iron hull, with new steel cabin constructed with skylights and large side hatches on both sides, Fully spray foam insulated interior, New Rounded chines fitted, 2 pack epoxy resin hull blacking, Phenolic ply floor and ply clad, furnishing, Installed basic Electrical setup All major structural work completed, and built to last. It is essentially a blank canvas ready for the right owner to make into their dream home. There is plenty of timber and building materials onboard if interested. BSC still valid until 2026.
