Immaculate 57’ x 12’ Colecraft! Maintained to the highest standards by her current, and only second, owners who have spent over £20,000 during the past three years on maintenance and upgrades including, in October 2022, having her topsides professionally repainted and her hull re blacked (epoxy). A successful marine survey was completed at the same time.

Jeanie Deans is also fitted with numerous Colecraft factory options including:

  • Double glazing throughout including two large, double glazed, roof skylights in the saloon/galley.
  • 80HP Vetus VH4.80 diesel inboard
  • Bow thruster with smart charger

Her beam means a particularly spacious rear cruiser deck area and her rear deck and cratch covers are in very good order. Wide steps lead below to the extremely well finished and equipped galley complete with Smeg dishwasher (full size) and fridge freezer, plus Belling gas hob, grill and oven. Lots of kitchen storage space and work top area including a carousel corner kitchen unit and large, built in dining table.

Jeanie Deans benefits from exceptional head room throughout which, in association with the two large, double glazed, skylights in the kitchen/saloon, make her feel particularly spacious, light and welcoming. Her smart bathroom, with limestone effect floor tiles, offers a good sized step in shower and pump out wc.

Heating is by an Eberspacher diesel fuelled central heating system with radiators in the saloon and bedroom plus a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The heating system can also be remotely controlled by a  “Nest” app. The saloon also features a Charnwood C4 solid fuel stove.

Further along the starboard side corridor is a utility/systems room giving access to pumps and space for additional storage. The master bedroom in the bow is a great size and has a walk in wardrobe and the twin bow doors give direct access to a spacious foredeck seating area.

Some examples of Jeanie Dean’s maintenance records are shown below, demonstrating the conscientious and pro-active, no expense spared approach, of her current owners.
