Great expectations this boat has…

She's a 60ft x 6’10” 4 berth, semi trad, narrow boat, built and fitted out by Warble Narrowboats in 1996. She's fitted with a Beta Marine 1903 engine.

From the semi trad stern, enter the boat to the engine bay and step down to the first of the bedrooms. X2 single bunk beds, with wardrobe storage either side and convenient sliding doors to close of the bedroom but still allowing access through the boat.

Following this is the bathroom with shower over the bath, basin with storage, Jabsco pump out toilet, double mirrored wall cabinet and radiator. Fitted again with a sliding door.

The main cabin is a double permanent bed, with double cupboard space and the bottom and smaller cupboard the other end, which lighting underneath. Again fitted with a sliding door for privacy.

The large U shape galley consists of a vanette cooker, 4 ring hob, 230V undercounter fridge, with bowl and half sink. The galley also has a side hatch with fold away steps as well as a Houdini hatch. The dining area has a fold out dining table and 4 chairs merging with the lounge space, with TV, Casette player, and a brand new Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove.

The bow has a cratch cover with window the to the front and 2 side seats.

The boat also comes with landline, charger and inverter. Integral water tank. Water heating is by a calorifier, heated by engine and immersion. She has 2 previous owners to the current owners.

Recent works and improvements, include:

·       A brand new Morso Squirrel stove and hearth surround in 2024.

·       All of the cabin windows have been removed and re-sealed. The visible water staining is historical. We have just not had the time to stain and re-varnish it.

·       A brand new electric flush toilet was fitted in 2022, along with new taps in the galley, bathroom and shower.

·       The engine was fully serviced in 2024, including the gearbox and the Eberspacher heater.

·       The gas locker and side hatch have both had new hinges fitted, they just need a touch of paint.

·       The whole boat was professionally repainted at Streethay in 2008. The sides are good, but the roof, as you can see, still needs some attention. The tunnel bands were re-painted when she was lifted and blacked in 2024.

·       Three new leisure batteries were fitted in October 2024.

·       Just before she went on brokerage, we noticed a leak from the freshwater pump and so this was immediately replaced in Jan 2025.

Invoices for all the above are present on the boat.
