Cannes Rose is a 37ft x 13ft wide cruiser built by Princess in 1979.  She is fitted with twin Mermaid inboard diesel engines and has 3 berths.

Cannes Rose has been adapted to work well as a live-aboard boat.  Her wheel house is a light bright area with large double glazed windows and an electric heater.  The saloon is an open plan, flexible use area, that has storage cupboards and houses the galley, which features an electric hob and microwave oven.  Moving forward the shower room has a sea toilet and wash basin with tap head that pulls out to work as the shower.  The double V berth is in the very front of the boat, with a second heads area that has been converted into handy storage.
